A Florida-licensed Pharmacy Technician with IV certification is needed for a contract-to-hire role supporting an infusion pharmacy in Cape Coral, FL. This position focuses on IV clean room compounding and pharmacy support under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform IV medication preparation and compounding in a clean room environment following strict standards and government regulations.
• Assist the pharmacist with filling and final checking of prescriptions to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with billing and pharmacy management teams on data entry, inventory control, and medication dispensing processes.
• Maintain equipment calibration, cleanliness, and a safe working environment.
• Support timely and accurate delivery of medications to patients.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Florida Pharmacy Technician license is required.
• IV/Infusion compounding experience highly preferred.
• National Pharmacy Technician certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards.
