BTC Connect is seeking a dedicated and professional Call Centre Associate to join our dynamic customer support team. Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Meet personal and team targets for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating different software systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- A patient and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
