Datacenter Technician

2–3+ years of experience in data center, telecom, or IT infrastructure environments Hands-on experience with cabling, hardware installation, equipment replacement, and troubleshooting Strong understanding of structured cabling and data center best practices Ability to interpret technical documentation, diagrams, and work instructions Provide Tier 1–2 support for servers and network devices Serve as an escalation point for Technician I staff NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Associate's degree or equivalent technical/military experience OSHA, NFPA 70E, or other safety certifications IDEAL CANDIDATE Insight Global is seeking a Data Center Technician II to support data center and critical infrastructure projects across client environments. This individual will be responsible for executing installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in data center environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in fast‑paced, field‑based settings.
