Responsibilities

Lead our daily sales outreach efforts by identifying new prospective clients in the Waldorf area.

Conduct thorough insurance reviews to ensure our clients have the right protection for their specific needs.

Represent The Atlantic District at community gatherings and local business networking meetings.

Mentor junior agents by sharing effective sales techniques and strategies for client retention.

Manage the end-to-end sales process from the first point of contact through policy issuance.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in our database.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.

Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and meeting production goals.

Strong comfort level with public speaking and local networking events.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.

Excellent organizational habits for tracking leads and follow-ups.
