About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Applied Intelligence to lead the strategic vision and execution of AI-powered solutions in the B2B finance space. This senior leadership role is pivotal in reshaping the customer experience across the AR lifecycle, from invoice presentment to collections. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the AI strategy, establishing a multi-year product roadmap, and defining the operating model for AI integration. A deep understanding of machine learning, large language models, and their application in B2B product experiences is essential. The role also involves market presence, commercial impact, and a strong focus on building and leading a high-performing AI product team. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in product management, applied AI, or a related field, with a proven track record in executive or senior VP-level product leadership. The ideal candidate will have a background in FinTech data, particularly in the context of B2B financial workflows, and a strong commercial acumen to connect AI product investment to business outcomes. Preferred skills include direct experience in B2B payments, AR automation, and a hands-on familiarity with AI architectures. The role requires an individual with executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire confidence across various stakeholders. The VP, Applied Intelligence will also be the company's most senior external voice on AI, representing the organization at industry events and in strategic engagements.
