Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) | Friday–Sunday Weekend Block Schedule | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU serving approximately 190 births per month
• Monitor, assess, and document the condition of critically ill and premature neonates
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic electronic health records
• Participate in weekend rotations and holiday coverage as required to meet unit needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of overall RN experience, with at least 1 year in NICU specialty
• Current BCLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
• Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All RTO requests must be submitted at time of initial submission; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• Must reside outside a 50-mile local radius to qualify for travel rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Experience working in a high-volume NICU environment
