What we offer:

• Competitive salary ($90,000 - $100,000) plus a discretionary bonus.

What you will be doing:

As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee operations across our four restaurant locations. Your mission is to drive profitability, maintain the highest standards in food quality and sanitation, and create an exceptional experience for both guests and team members. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Operational Leadership : Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control, to ensure smooth and cost-effective performance across all locations.
• Guest Experience & Service Excellence : Work closely with the management team to ensure consistent, high-quality food and service standards. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain our reputation for outstanding hospitality.
• Team Engagement & Development : Lead, develop, and evaluate management staff through regular one-on-ones and team meetings. Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture.
• Revenue Growth : Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic and sales across dine-in, carry-out, and catering channels.
• Facility & Equipment Oversight : Monitor the condition of restaurant facilities and equipment. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and ongoing functionality.
• Compliance & Food Safety : Ensure adherence to all sanitation, food safety, and health regulations. Hold staff and management accountable to Avanti's operational standards and procedures.
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Partner with other directors to deliver consistent messaging and operational alignment throughout the organization.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and service enhancements across all facets of restaurant operations.

Who we are looking for:

We're seeking a results-driven leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in multi-unit restaurant management. The ideal candidate is someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and inspires teams to consistently deliver exceptional guest experience.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Multi-Unit Leadership Experience : At least 2 years of experience managing multiple restaurant locations and leading large, diverse teams.
• People-First Mindset : Strong interpersonal and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and hold staff accountable in a positive and productive way.
• Operational Expertise : Solid background in restaurant operations, including budgeting, inventory management, staffing, and scheduling.
• Standards & Compliance Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards in the food service industry.
• Education : A college degree is preferred but not required. A high school diploma, combined with significant restaurant leadership experience, will also be considered.
• Strategic Thinking : A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and improve performance.

Pre-employment Requirement:

To ensure we maintain a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment, all candidates must meet the following requirements prior to or shortly after joining the Avanti's team:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Must consent to a background check as part of the hiring process.
• Must obtain the following certifications within 30 days of hire (if not already held):
1. ServSafe Manager Certification
2. BASSET (Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training) Certification
3. Allergen Awareness Certification

Note: Avanti's will support employees in completing these certifications as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• An average work week will be a minimum of 50+ hours including nights and weekends.
• Standing and walking for extended periods of time during your shift.
• Lift, load and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Safely work with hot and cold food items and in varying kitchen temperatures.
