Position Title Consulting - Business Consulting - Digital & Product Strategy – Product Management (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1716233), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Hoboken, NJ. Assist clients in solving their digital vision and customer experience issues. Execute clients’ customer experience and digital vision, acting as a product advocate in the strategic design process of projects, helping to lead overall customer experience/digital strategy, transformation and execution. Lead on client deliverables, including digital platforms, customer personas, journey maps, technology enablement, product capabilities and features, product roadmaps, and product backlogs using tools such as ADO, Jira, Confluence, and Fluid for road‑mapping and collaborative design and execution. Apply design‑thinking techniques and digital media to solve business problems throughout industry‑leading design solutions. Implement product requirements for Point of Sale (POS) and commerce solutions. Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to obtain data to inform business‑requirements generation and data‑driven decision making with tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics. Conduct lightweight prototyping to test and gather feedback on product designs using Figma or Generative AI assistants. Work with engagement teams to manage client expectations in line with the overall digital and customer experience vision. Translate business and product requirements, goals, end‑user needs, and inputs from cross‑functional teams into differentiated design solutions. Engage with various engagement leads to help with business‑development pursuits. Collaborate with technical architects, engineering, and design teams to build best‑in‑class solutions—including websites, kiosks, and mobile apps powered by customer technologies such as Adobe, Salesforce, ServiceNow, CRM, and custom‑developed solutions—for clients in a broad set of sectors, including retail and/or quick‑service restaurants. Manage and motivate diverse teams of professionals. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in‑depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long‑term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business‑development opportunities. Minimum Requirements Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Communications, Design, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the same fields and 4 years of related work experience. Must have 3 years of experience in digital strategy, customer or user experience, or product strategy, leveraging skill sets such as market and user research, requirements gathering, business‑case development, KPI management, or business architecture definition. Must have 3 years of experience taking a digital product from “concept to market,” supporting the strategy, roadmap, and agile execution plan to achieve business objectives. Must have 3 years of experience as a digital product business analyst, product manager, product owner, or product marketing manager. Must have 3 years of cross‑functional experience working with internal and third‑party development teams, including UX designers, visual designers, developers, or technologists. Must have 3 years in one or a combination of the following: client‑facing experience in strategy consulting or CX practice at a Fortune 500 firm; media management or digital creative agency experience; or product strategy or digital strategy at a Fortune 500 firm. Must have 3 years of experience managing or leading teams. Must have 3 years of experience with agile management tools, including at least one of Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally. Must have 3 years of experience with change management surrounding product communications, training, cutover, or marketing campaigns. Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: understanding buyers’ behavior and patterns on technology platforms; delivering omni‑channel and customer experience strategy projects. Requires domestic travel up to 50 % to serve client needs.
