We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems to ensure optimal indoor air quality and comfort for our clients. Duties

• Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems according to schematics and design specifications.
• Perform system troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal operation and energy efficiency.
• Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, electrical diagrams, and HVAC design plans to execute installations accurately.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters to identify faults within electrical systems associated with HVAC equipment.
• Repair mechanical systems by replacing worn or damaged parts, adjusting components for proper operation, and performing routine maintenance.
• Diagnose issues related to plumbing, refrigeration, building automation systems, electrical wiring, and mechanical components to ensure comprehensive system functionality.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain system operations, maintenance procedures, and answer any questions related to HVAC performance.
• Maintain detailed service records, installation logs, inspection reports, and safety documentation in compliance with industry standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols including EPA certification requirements for refrigerant handling and electrical safety standards during all installation and repair activities.

Experience

• Proven construction experience with a focus on HVAC system installation or related mechanical trades.
• Service technician experience working with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems in residential or commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of schematics, blueprints, HVAC design principles, and building automation systems.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting HVAC equipment using electrical diagnostics tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters.
• Familiarity with plumbing connections related to HVAC systems including refrigerant piping and drainage setups.
• Mechanical knowledge of system repair procedures for boilers, air conditioning units, ventilation fans, ductwork, and refrigeration components.
• Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently for system installation or repair tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
