Site Quality Assurance Lead — Vertical ConstructionCould this be you?

Role snapshot (Bremerton, WA)

• Own the site quality program: create, refine, and implement QC procedures tailored to the project.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify conformance with drawings, specifications, and safety rules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Deliver clear, actionable reports and recommend practical improvements.
• Coach and upskill project team members on quality standards and best practices.
• Track new codes, standards, and industry updates to keep the project compliant.
• Be the go-to liaison for the client regarding all quality-related topics.

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years in construction QA/QC or a similar leadership capacity.
• Expertise in construction means, methods, materials, and acceptance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal savvy.
• A structured problem solver who turns findings into corrective and preventive action.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.

Nice-to-haves and credentials

• CQI or CQM certifications are a plus.
