We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient clinic at Platte Valley Hospital. This full‑time position (36 hours per week) offers a unique opportunity to provide specialized care to individuals experiencing pelvic health disorders. Scope of Practice Provides skilled physical therapy services and stays updated on standard practices for different patient groups. Conducts evaluations and treatments per APTA standards, using diagnosis, history, physician referrals, and develops care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments. Meets established productivity standards and keeps thorough, timely patient records as required by regulations and facility policies. Completes patient billing accurately and promptly. Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers about patient needs and goals. Manages all aspects of patient care and education, including supervising assistants, aides, office staff, and students. Participates in continuing education opportunities and quality improvement processes, including safe equipment use and improving clinical outcomes. Participates in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, staff meetings, and professional work groups. Minimum Qualifications Active Physical Therapist license in the state where one practices. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification endorsed by the American Heart Association. Basic computer skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record. Preferred Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
