Job Overview Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist at Intermountain Health’s Platte Valley Hospital Outpatient Clinic. Deliver patient‑centered pelvic health care in a multidisciplinary environment. Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy services, staying updated on standard practices for different patient groups. Conduct evaluations and treatments per APTA standards, developing care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments. Meet established productivity standards for the department or service line. Maintain thorough and timely patient records and complete patient billing accurately and promptly. Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers about patient needs and goals. Supervise assistants, aides, office staff, and students ensuring high‑quality care. Participate in continuing education opportunities that meet licensure requirements. Engage in quality improvement processes: safe equipment use, clinical outcomes, patient access and experience, and the Intermountain Operating Model. Participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, staff meetings, and professional work groups. Required Qualifications Current Physical Therapist license in the state(s) of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Current driver’s license with reliable transportation. Basic computer skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with the pelvic health patient population. Ability to perform physical tasks such as carrying, climbing, crawling, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Compensation & Benefits Scheduled weekly hours: 36 hours full‑time. Hourly rate: $42.66 – $65.82, based on experience.
