Cook IIAqua Bay Bar & Grill seeks a cook II to prepare high quality food in a fast-paced outdoor setting. The successful candidate will follow food safety standards and recipes while focusing on providing a guest experience that exceeds expectations. Prior cook experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is required. Flexible availability is required during peak resort periods.What You'll Be DoingPreparing tasty food from the grill, fryer, and flat topFollowing recipes so every guest gets the "wow, this is great" biteKeeping your station clean, stocked, and ready for the next orderEnsuring food safety and sanitation requirements are always followedHustling; especially during peak guest timesWhat We're Looking ForPrior grill or kitchen experienceTeam player who brings great energy and a positive attitudeAbility to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 poundsAvailability to work weekends, holidays, and high occupancy periodsWhy You'll Like It HereThis is the perfect seasonal, fulltime or part-time role with flexible schedulingFast and fun environmentThe staff offers good vibesIt's a great way to gain hospitality and kitchen experience (trust us, you'll want to hang out here for awhile)Villatel is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
