Our Field Service team supports customers across a wide range of retail and dining environments. Responsibilities Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively. Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory. Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and system overhauls. Organize, triage customer issues, and resolve problems as a first line response. Use our virtual and hands‑on classroom training to continuously improve skills. Basic Qualifications Local to the Charlotte, NC area. Authorized to work in the United States. Minimum age 18. Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record. PC and basic electronic skills with familiarity of operating systems. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted and up to 150 lbs. with assistance. Willingness to travel and work rotating, weekend, and holiday shifts. Preferred Qualifications Basic familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, or imaging software. CompTIA A+, N+, or similar certifications. One or more years of related experience. Benefits Hourly pay $17.00–$19.00 depending on experience. Overtime at time-and-a-half. 7 paid holidays and 6 paid floating holidays. Paid vacation – up to 80 hours in the first year. 401(k) savings and retirement plan. Company-provided vehicle for use only.
