Job Description
Domino's Pizza in Rantoul, United States, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the face of our brand, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Process cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness
- Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and listening
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
