IN-HOME COMFORT ADVISOR Rose Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. of Urbana, IL is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, honest, and professional full-time In-Home Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Our In-Home Comfort Advisors work primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with the Starting Wage: Base Salary + Commissions + Spiffs, based on skills, experience and performance Consideration of wage increase after completion of satisfactory 60-day probationary period. Target compensation of $100,000+, plus an outstanding benefits package. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN IN-HOME COMFORT ADVISOR As an In-Home Comfort Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners in their homes to understand their comfort needs and recommend the best solutions for their situation. You will: Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments and establish a professional, comfortable relationship Listen carefully to customer concerns and understand their heating and cooling needs Evaluate existing HVAC systems and the potential installation environment Recommend appropriate HVAC solutions based on the customer's needs, budget, and home Clearly and honestly explain available products, options, and benefits homeowners so they can make informed decisions Present financing options and explain available payment solutions Prepare and present proposals Manage your leads and appointments effectively Work closely with our installation department to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation Work with our service department to follow up on sales opportunities and customer needs Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals Consistently work toward and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals You will meet new people, visit different homes, solve different problems, and experience something new every day. No two appointments are exactly alike. Most importantly, you'll have the satisfaction of helping homeowners find the right comfort solution for their family. IN-HOME COMFORT ADVISOR REQUIREMENTS We are looking for someone who is: Honest, trustworthy, and professional Highly motivated and goal-oriented Self-motivated and able to work independently An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing Comfortable meeting and interacting with people from all backgrounds Customer-service focused Organized and able to manage multiple appointments and opportunities Confident presenting solutions and asking for the sale A team player who works well with our service and installation departments Able to represent Rose Heating & Air Conditioning in a professional manner Possesses a valid driver's license EXPERIENCE 5+ years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred 5+ years of HVAC experience is a plus, but not required Previous HVAC sales experience is a plus We can teach the right person our products and processes.
