HVAC Comfort Advisor Uncapped Commissions
Join Our Team as a HVAC Comfort Advisor Uncapped Commissions! At Anytime Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing, we're proud of our strong preventive maintenance (PM) client base and our proactive marketing efforts that ensure a consistent workflow throughout the year. We're expanding and seeking a motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor to help grow our client base and provide exceptional service.
Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement the best solutions for our clients' HVAC needs
- Conduct building load calculations
- Prepare detailed scopes of work and accurate project estimates
- Stay informed about manufacturer incentives, tax credits, and available rebates
- Follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Prefer experience in estimating mechanical labor and material costs
- Strong relationship-building and revenue-generating skills
- Proficiency in estimating software, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Driver's License (required)

- Earn an average of $200K-$300K annually in your first year with uncapped growth potential (100%)
- Ability to work from home (not required to report to office)
