Team members work closely with clients to offer practical solutions that support long‑term growth and success. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role based in Odessa, TX. The Bookkeeper will record daily financial transactions, maintain general ledgers, and prepare routine financial reports. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and posting journal entries. The role also involves organizing supporting documentation, assisting with basic tax and compliance preparation, and coordinating with other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial information for clients. The Bookkeeper will interact with clients in a professional, service‑oriented manner and support the firm’s commitment to clear, bilingual communication where applicable. Qualifications Strong bookkeeping skills, including accurate recording of transactions and maintenance of ledgers. Proficiency in financial statements, with the ability to help prepare and interpret basic reports. Experience using accounting software and related finance tools to manage client accounts. Ability to create and post journal entries and ensure proper account coding and reconciliation. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple client files. Good written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role; formal training or coursework in accounting or finance is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Odessa, TX and collaborate effectively with clients and team. Must be computer savvy and quick learner.
