Senior Marketing Analyst

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the planning, creation, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. It combines project management, content creation, and performance tracking to ensure campaigns run smoothly and continue to improve over time. The role also serves as a resource for internal stakeholders, helping translate marketing objectives into actionable initiatives that drive engagement and business results.

Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two years of experience marketing, strategic planning, research, project management, or health care industry. OR five years of experience in marketing, research, project management, strategic planning, or health care industry. Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization. Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and industry trends. Experience developing reports and modeling. Analytical and information synthesis skills. Knowledge of databases. Knowledge of statistical methodology and tools. Experience interpreting business and financial information. Verbal and written communication and organization skills. PC proficiency to include MS Office products.

Preferred Job Qualifications: Experience in direct marketing or sales support. Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

Base Pay Range

$55,900.00 - $123,500.00
