EDUCATION • Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable. • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field CERTIFICATIONS • [Include information as needed.] WORK EXPERIENCE • Experience managing SDLC projects • Experience within a technology organization in the financial services industry is preferred • Understanding of project management concepts • Exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) FUNCTIONAL SKILLS • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Familiar with Jira, Confluence, MS Project FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS • Communicates effectively • Identifies multiple paths to success through the development of analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills • Exercises sound judgement and strives for continuous improvement • Demonstrates optimism, resilience, flexibility, and openness to others' ideas • Learns while doing • Actively listens and asks thoughtful questions • Leverages available technology to achieve efficiency and results • Engages inclusively and with intent • Always acts with integrity • Analytical thinking • Iterative problem-solving • Serving as a trusted advisor • Ability to articulate complex issues concisely • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work across organizations and through obstacles RESPONSIBILITIES High Level Responsibilities: • Analyze parameters including costs, time-lines, technical functions, benefits, and risks of technology projects. • Utilize data gathering tools and methods to gather and analyze data needed for project requirements; assess and document client requirements; develop functional configuration specifications upon a thorough analysis of business requirements. • Participate in the development, execution, tracking, and analysis of detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans; document and report results and deliverables throughout each phase of a project. • Assist the training coordinator in the delivery of end user training and provide post-production functional support. • Complete final testing for conformance to standards and adherence to design specifications. • Coordinate upgrades and support with project management vendors; coordinate training on project management tools and methodologies. • Participate in the development, maintenance, and publication of project management standards and guidelines; review materials and deliverables for adherence to methodologies and procedures. • Prepare preliminary interpretation of analyses for project teams, clients, and/or department management. • Provide consulting and/or technical support on project management and/or administration tools to project team members; support the project manager on project administration and process improvements. Details: • Provide hands on technology project management and documentation to support technology projects • Drive planning at the various organizational levels to ensure projects are on track/resourced • Ensure timetable and deliverable schedules are understood and communicated • Organize required reporting for business and technology management review sessions • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to facilitate, expedite, and ensure project plans / documents are completed on time and with quality • Independently drive project deliverables with stakeholders and proactively manage communication, risk, and issues • Other duties, as assigned
