Las funciones principales son: - Supervisar toda la actividad de la cocina. - Organizar, dirigir y coordinar los equipos a su cargo. - Gestin de compras. - Supervisin de pedidos y stock. - Gestin y formacin del personal de cocina. - Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa APPCC. - Asegurar la calidad de la preparacin y emplatado de todos los platos. Requisitos mnimos Experiencia mnima de 4 aos en restaurantes mediterrneos de gran volumen con produccin propia y/o catering. Formacin adecuada al puesto. Nivel alto de ingls y espaol. Excelentes habilidades culinarias y de liderazgo. Persona resolutiva y con capacidad de garantizar una alta calidad de todos los platos en un volumen alto y rpido. Titular de pasaporte espaol. Dispuesto a mudarse a California.
Languages required: Spanish and English.
