Your Territory & Travel

The Southeast region (Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Georgia, and South Carolina) is yours to own and grow . You'll need exceptional time management and strategic planning skills to effectively cover this extensive territory, with travel expectations of 75%-80%-primarily driving in a company-provided pickup truck . Your ability to efficiently schedule customer visits and maximize face-to-face interactions will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and direct sales accounts.
• Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within the region.
• Educate and support customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Analyze market trends, maintain customer records, and generate sales reports to drive informed business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager to align with strategic company goals.
• Attend trade shows and networking events to expand industry connections and generate leads.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in sales (5+ years), preferably in mining, demolition, or construction industries.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills -you understand that trust drives sales.
• Strategic mindset with excellent time management -this territory is vast, and efficiency is key.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools to keep customer interactions organized and effective.
• Resides within the territory and holds a valid driver's license.
