CRUSHR® is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and increasing sales of our mobile compaction technology. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customers and selling our compaction services to new customers in businesses including commercial, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, construction, and municipalities.

Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Through research and strategic account planning, identify potential customers and introduce our mobile compaction services.
• Sales Presentations: Effectively present the value and cost-savings of our mobile compaction services to potential customers by leveraging your sales skills and marketing materials provided.
• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure mutual benefit and customer satisfaction.
• Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring service expectations are met.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other sales representatives, operators, and Director of Sales to maximize sales opportunities.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and sales reports to the Director of Sales.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with MS-Office and Google Suite applications
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of the local market a plus
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
