Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Manassas Park, VA. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing accurate information about services, scheduling, and project status. Assistance with service quotes and invoicing administration. The specialist will manage service requests, document interactions in company systems, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Daily tasks include coordinating with project managers and technicians, updating customers on timelines, and maintaining clear, courteous communication. The role also involves handling basic billing questions, gathering customer feedback, and supporting continuous improvement in overall customer experience. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally. Experience focused on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, including follow-up and relationship-building. Excellent Phone Etiquette and clear verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills for managing multiple requests, scheduling, and documentation in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working on-site in coordination with technicians, project managers, and administrative staff. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer management or ticketing systems.
