Assistant Service Manager

The Assistant Service Manager at Jannell Motors Inc in Hanover, MA plays a vital role in assisting with the management of service operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Assist Service Manager in overseeing service department operations.
Ensure quality workmanship and efficiency in service processes.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service.
Coordinate with technicians and other team members to streamline service workflow.
Monitor Advisor's Repair Orders, review service performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in automotive service management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of automotive service processes and industry trends.
Team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
