Assistant Service Manager
The Assistant Service Manager at Jannell Motors Inc in Hanover, MA plays a vital role in assisting with the management of service operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Service Manager in overseeing service department operations.
- Ensure quality workmanship and efficiency in service processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with technicians and other team members to streamline service workflow.
- Monitor Advisor's Repair Orders, review service performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive service management.

- Knowledge of automotive service processes and industry trends.
