Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Location: Claycomo, MO Pay: $37.94+ per hour Fully Onsite | Overtime Available | Afternoon Shift We are hiring a Production Supervisor for a temporary opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This leadership role is ideal for candidates with experience in production supervision, manufacturing operations, team leadership, workforce management, and continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities Lead and support hourly production employees to achieve daily safety, quality, and productivity goals. Organize workflows, monitor production schedules, and ensure efficient manufacturing operations. Coach employees on standardized work practices, safety procedures, and quality expectations. Identify and resolve production issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Build strong working relationships with employees, leadership, and union representatives. Maintain compliance with workplace policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements. Track performance metrics and drive team accountability to meet operational objectives. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience and/or manufacturing experience. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work rotating schedules, including afternoons, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Experience in manufacturing operations, production processes, lean principles, or continuous improvement is preferred. Ability to remain professional and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
