Role Overview: Responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing in providing high-quality care within an assigned unit, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, residents, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and oversee nursing operations and patient care for the unit. Ensure care delivery aligns with organizational mission, values, policies, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with staff, physicians, and therapy professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school, college, or university.
