We are looking for a mechanically inclined Machine Operator / Fabrication Technician to join a manufacturing team that builds industrial printing equipment used for envelope and commercial printing applications.This is a hands-on manufacturing position involving multiple areas of the shop rather than operating one machine all day. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, fabrication, machine operation, or metalworking and is comfortable learning different equipment and processes.Responsibilities:Operate press brakes and other metal fabrication equipmentUse grinders and hand/power tools to finish and prepare componentsLoad, unload, and monitor parts through an industrial ovenAssist with fabrication and assembly of industrial printing machineryRead work instructions, measurements, and production specificationsInspect finished parts for quality and accuracyMove between different machines and production areas as neededPerform material handling and general shop dutiesMaintain a clean and safe work areaWork with the production team to complete custom equipment and meet deadlinesPreferred Experience:Manufacturing or machine operation experiencePress brake experience is a plusGrinding, deburring, or metal finishing experienceMetal fabrication experienceCNC or manual machining experience is a plusForklift or overhead crane experience is a plusComfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipmentMechanically inclined and willing to learn multiple processes #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
