What We Do Vanguard Conversion and Fulfillment (VCF) is a premier third‑party converting and fulfillment company, providing custom slitting, laminating, sheeting, and printing solutions for B2B and B2C clients across various industries. What You’ll Be Doing As a Machine Operator 1, you will perform basic machine setup, operation, and quality checks to support daily conversion and packaging of products in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Basic Machine Operation Set up and operate entry‑level machines according to standard operating procedures. Load materials, monitor production output, and make minor adjustments to maintain continuous operation. Ensure materials are labeled, stored, and used appropriately. Quality Assurance Inspect materials and finished products for obvious defects and notify supervisor of irregularities. Perform basic measurements and visual checks to ensure products meet specifications. Maintain a clean work area to prevent contamination or damage to materials. Safety And Compliance Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and report unsafe conditions. Comply with operational procedures and quality guidelines.
