Senior Associate - Project Development and Finance

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate for its Project Development and Finance practice in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in project development and finance at a large national or international firm. Duties Advise clients on complex project finance transactions. Collaborate with lenders and sponsors to structure financeable transactions. Identify potential transaction pitfalls and develop solutions. Work with global colleagues to address regulatory and industry-specific issues. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience. Experience in project development and finance preferred. Background in a large national or international law firm is advantageous. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
