THE ROLE

As a Managing Partner , you are the #1 leader in the restaurant, accountable for:

• Results (sales, labor, controllables, and execution)
• Culture (standards, values, accountability, trust)
• Talent (hiring, development, retention, succession)
• Guest experience (hospitality, great food, great vibes)

You lead both FOH + BOH . You're not a "clipboard GM." You can jump into the kitchen, connect with guests, and coach in the moment, while building leaders who don't need you to save the shift.

You report to a Regional Partner and operate your restaurant like a business owner - focused, disciplined, people-first, and always raising the bar.

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

• 7+ years management in high-volume, food focused restaurants
• At least 2 years as a GM/Managing Partner (multi-unit exposure is a plus)
• Experience leading managers and developing leaders
• Strong working knowledge of labor, inventory, scheduling, and P&L fundamentals
• Comfortable with POS, scheduling, and reporting tools
• ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain)
• Must pass background check

Physical requirements: able to stand/walk 8-10 hours, work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
