Training classes beginAugust 10th and August 24th What You'll Do As a Composite Layup Technician , you'll be a key member of our Composite Fabrication Team, helping build carbon-fiber components used in our award-winning aircraft. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in quality workmanship, and are interested in developing a long-term career in aerospace manufacturing. This position requires no experience and is a great way to start your career at Epic. Responsibilities Prepare molds, tooling, and forms for composite fabrication Measure, mark, and cut composite materials including carbon fiber tape, woven fabrics, honeycomb core, adhesives, and related materials Lay up composite materials according to engineering specifications and work instructions Vacuum bag composite assemblies for oven curing Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support continuous improvement efforts and team objectives Perform other duties as assigned Required

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
