As a heads up, we've outlined the requirements for prospective new team members which includes next steps below to start working with us. It gives both parties a chance to see if a fit exists or not. Then, we can decide the next steps needed for employment with us. Summary of requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Required to be drug-free.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Capable of frequent lifting in excess of 50 lbs.
- Ability to sustain periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling.
- Proficient in using mobile devices for data collection and time tracking.

Dress code and professionalism:
- Attire must be all black (jeans or work pants; no shorts) with long-sleeve shirts and boots (no tennis shoes).
- No visible piercings. Tattoos must be covered or presentable to ensure a professional appearance when entering properties.
- Personal hygiene is of utmost importance as you will be entering clients' homes.
- This role involves working with your hands for water, septic, sewer, and mold removal. Gloves, masks, and vests will be provided.
- Please note: You will be sent home if you do not adhere to the proper attire or hygiene standards, or if you consistently display a negative attitude.
- You must not have strong odors, such as smoke or unpleasant bodily odors.
- Must be able to stay longer if a shift runs over.
