Age Group: 6 Weeks – 36 Months
Compensation: $17–$20 per hour (based on credentials and experience)

We are seeking an experienced Co-Teacher or assistants who understands that infants & toddlers rely completely on the adults around them — and who honors that responsibility with attentiveness, warmth, and consistency. This is not daycare -- rather a Private Preschool, where early childhood education is delivered with discipline and heart. Our top priority is delivering a great experience for children, their families, and the broader community.
The Role -- As a Co-Teacher or Assistant, you will contribute to a calm, responsive, and developmentally rich classroom environment. You will:
- Follow individualized feeding, sleep, and care schedules with precision -Infants Only
- Build secure attachments through attuned, responsive interaction
- Assistant with observation and documentation of developmental milestones
- Communicate proactively and clearly with families each day
- Maintain exceptional sanitation and safety standards
- Deliver Primrose’s exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum through age-appropriate engagement
- Support the classroom with emotional steadiness and a consistent presence - Strong attendance & reliability is critical for our children.
