Work Environment

As a full-time Physical Therapist at Strive Rehabilitation Services, you will work onsite in a collaborative and uplifting environment. Your regular hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance. Our outpatient office is designed for optimal patient interactions, featuring advanced rehabilitation equipment and facilities that facilitate a hands-on approach to physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and recognize the individual goals and needs of each patient, providing tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain a manageable patient load of one patient per hour, ensuring personalized attention and care.
• Draw upon your experience in orthopedic outpatient care to offer effective, evidence-based treatments aimed at improving patient mobility.
• Innovate treatment strategies that minimize reliance on medications, exploring non-surgical alternatives whenever possible.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that utilize various therapeutic techniques, catered to enhance patients' recovery.
• Customize fitness and wellness programs, integrating exercises that fit the unique requirements and conditions of each patient.
• Document all services provided systematically to maintain clear and accurate records of patient care.
• Evaluate treatment effects routinely, monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Maintain open communication with both patients and interprofessional team members to enhance collaborative care.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey to achieve their maximum potential for independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time Physical Therapist role ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
