Benefits 401(k) Performance‑based bonus Health insurance Training & development Job Summary Gym Director – full‑time, career‑level position responsible for the overall performance of a specific location and reporting directly to the owners. Responsibilities Teach classes based on the proven curriculum and teaching method. Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and membership experience. Manage day‑to‑day operations. Hire, manage, and train staff. Maintain facility and equipment. Sell the Little Gym program to new customers. Qualifications Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus. Customer service experience. Management experience. Excellent time‑management skills. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Enjoy fostering joy in others. Compensation & Schedule Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year. Requires some evening shifts and one weekend day.
