Receptionist, Room to GROW in real estate/property management!

Responsibilities

Answering phones and greeting incoming guests or tenants
Scheduling conference rooms
Maintaining employee workstations
Ordering office supplies
Dispatching maintenance for tenant requests
Communicating with vendors and contractors
Coordinating parking permits and employee badges
Scheduling meetings for Manager
Coordinating tenant appreciation days/events xhyhwjd
Preparing correspondence and reports for Manager
Resolving customer/tenant questions or concerns
