What You Will Do on a Daily Basis:

• Support surgical operations by preparing and maintaining the operating room environment
• Ensure sterile fields while rigorously following infection control procedures
• Assist surgeons and surgical staff by providing necessary instruments and supplies
• Manage surgical equipment competently before, during, and after procedures
• Monitor and adjust resources to ensure readiness for each surgery
• Collaborate effectively with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other surgical team members for integrated patient care
• Accurately keep surgical counts and support documentation efforts

Education Essentials:

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Required Certifications:

• Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification
• BLS certification (or to be obtained within 90 days post-hire)
