We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting, with a strong understanding of professional painting processes. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to work effectively on various projects, including renovations and restorations. We pay hours plus bonus. Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary.

Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and airless paint spraying equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.

Execute plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry tasks as part of the painting process.

Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of projects.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; perform basic maintenance as needed.

Follow safety protocols on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.

Assist in fixture installation and other maintenance person tasks as required.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential and commercial painting; industrial painting experience is a plus.

Being able to drive to work daily.

Strong knowledge of construction estimating, color theory, and basic math skills.

Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in painting and construction tasks.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and renovation plans effectively.

Experience with plastering, stucco application, concrete finishing, masonry work, and remodeling is desirable.

Previous construction site experience is preferred; knowledge of maintenance practices is beneficial.

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
