Dynagraphics , a leading commercial printing company in Reno, NV, is looking for a Bindery Operator to join our production team. If you’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and experienced with bindery equipment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain bindery equipment (folders, cutters, stitchers, etc.)
• Set up and operate machines per job specs and monitor quality throughout production
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and consistency
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Collaborate with press and production teams to meet tight deadlines
• Crosstrain and learn to operate other equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company processes and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a bindery or print production environment
• Familiarity with commercial bindery equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to read and follow work order instructions
• Understand and follow company safety protocol and
