RN - Registered Nurse

Salary Up to $48.00 / hour, including applicable shift differentials. Premium rate of 10% available when opting out of certain elective benefits. Position Availability Full-time, part-time, and per diem RN roles. Overview We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct nursing care and support quality care and regulatory compliance for residents in a geriatric setting. Responsibilities Direct and monitor the personal care duties and nursing care procedures performed by Nursing Assistants. Assist Nursing Assistants with direct care of residents as needed. Report to RN Unit Manager or Charge RN Supervisor about unusual symptoms, changes in condition, daily needs, and resident progress. Follow the Plan of Care for each resident and monitor nursing assistants in implementing the care plan. Manage controlled substances received from the shift Supervisory Nurse, including storage and distribution, ensuring proper placement and safety. Document in care plans, Nursing Notes, Medical Administration Records, Treatment Records, and other required records. Monitor resident care standards and ensure residents’ rights and preferences are respected. Qualifications Current state Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) license. Geriatric nursing experience preferred. Ability to supervise and work well with others. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Maturity, diplomacy, and respectful attitude toward residents. Physical stamina for constant activity. Commitment to excellence, teamwork, and company mission. English language proficiency at intermediate or higher level.
