The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. Our services include Lash Extensions, Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to provide a warm and luxurious experience while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes. We specialize in customization and personalization for our guests. 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Sales Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing each guest with a first- class luxurious salon experience. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills both in person and over the phone. You must be comfortable with promoting and selling memberships. Memberships actually save our guests money. This job requires an upbeat positive person who loves a fast- paced work environment and serving people. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!

COMPENSATION:

• Range $15-$20 hourly depending on experience level
  

• Increase membership sales and retail sales


• Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience


• Book appointments in person or by phone


• Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance


• Maintain a clean and inviting environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience


• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to work evenings and weekends


• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
