What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Community Representative, you will:

• Assist English and Spanish-speaking customers
• Build long-term relationships with local families
• Respond to phone, text, and internet inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Help customers choose the right vehicle
• Guide customers through every step of the buying process
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience before and after the sale
