Service Center El Cajon - East Main St Job Summary Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery, finalizing total loss administration, and providing post-repair plan communication with vehicle status updates to customers while complying with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards. Responsibilities Write detailed repair estimates. Conduct process reviews to improve efficiency. Check in customer vehicles and manage intake. Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice). Finalize total loss administration. Communicate post repair plans and status updates to customers. Requirements At least 2 years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred. Minimum 21 years of age. Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy. Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Abilities / Skills / Knowledge Physical ability to perform consistent activities—reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs. Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software. Advanced understanding and knowledge of the repair process and procedures. Strong sales orientation.
