Application Support Engineer

Interview – Video round then Onsite Interview WebOps Resource – Sitecore AI / Modern Architecture Focus This role will support the new Servicing Portal and Touchstone Redesign website architecture, with an emphasis on Sitecore AI, Sitecore XM Cloud or headless Sitecore capabilities, Next.js, and Vercel. Key skills and experience we would like candidates to have include: Strong experience supporting Sitecore-based web platforms, ideally including Sitecore AI, Sitecore XM Cloud, or headless Sitecore implementations Experience supporting modern web architectures using Next.js, React, and Vercel Familiarity with content management workflows, publishing processes, personalization, analytics, and digital experience platform capabilities Experience supporting environment setup, configuration, deployment validation, and production readiness activities Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, release coordination, and modern DevOps/WebOps practices Ability to troubleshoot issues across CMS, front-end, hosting, and integration layers Familiarity with API integrations, including REST and GraphQL Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently while following enterprise standards and operational processes Additional experience that would be helpful includes: Experience with Sitecore personalization, content testing, search, tagging, taxonomy, and analytics Familiarity with cloud-based hosting, serverless patterns, and edge deployment concepts Experience with accessibility, performance monitoring, SEO, and web governance Knowledge of secure web application practices and authentication/authorization concepts Experience supporting content migrations or new portal launches Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries WebOps Resource 2 – Sitecore XP Focus This role will support our Sitecore XP platform and related WebOps responsibilities as we move forward with the Servicing Portal project and Touchstone Website Redesign project. Key skills and experience we would like candidates to have include: Strong experience supporting Sitecore XP, including content management, publishing, workflows, templates, layouts, renderings, and component-based page management Experience supporting Sitecore content authoring, content operations, personalization, analytics, and marketing features Familiarity with Sitecore administration, security roles, permissions, users, and workflow configuration Experience supporting Sitecore environments across development, test, staging, and production Ability to troubleshoot Sitecore content, publishing, rendering, caching, indexing, and configuration issues Understanding of release coordination, deployment validation, and production support processesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and modern DevOps/WebOps practices Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently while following enterprise standards and operational processes Additional experience that would be helpful includes: Experience with Sitecore Forms, Solr search, xDB, xConnect, and marketing automation capabilities Familiarity with web accessibility, SEO, analytics tagging, performance monitoring, and content governance Knowledge of secure web application practices and authentication/authorization concepts Experience supporting production incidents, defect triage, and operational runbooks Experience supporting content migrations, platform upgrades, or major website launches Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries #J-18808-Ljbffr
