Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students at both the elementary and middle school levels close to Marana, AZ for the 2026-2027 school year! This full-time opportunity (40 hours per week) spans two engaging campuses, providing impactful occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of 50 students. You'll play an essential role in empowering learners to reach their educational and developmental goals throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain
• Experience delivering occupational therapy services in school settings, ideally with elementary and middle school students
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, therapeutic assessments, and goal setting
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with educators, students, and families
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and travel between two nearby sites as needed

Your Areas of Impact:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to elementary and middle grade students as outlined in IEPs
• Assess student strengths and needs, developing individualized intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and teams to integrate therapy into the classroom setting
• Monitor student progress and maintain timely documentation
• Serve as an advocate for student success, adapting interventions as needed
