Certified Donor PhlebotomistCompany: Nurses Etc. Staffing Position: Certified Donor Phlebotomist Location: Fort Bliss, TX Pay: $17.50 - $22.43 Shift Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday – Friday; Travel is required 25% of the time. This includes calling in eligible donors.Travel is required: Blood donor centers routinely conduct blood drives at locations which require travel, with some requiring overnight stays.Other duties as assigned.What We're Looking For Education: Certificate. High school equivalent and completion of a donor Phlebotomy program accredited by The Joint Commission.Donor experience requiredCertification: -Basic Life Support (BLS) through either the American Red Cross OR American Heart Association. - Must be certified by American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), American Medical Technologists (AMT), OR National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
