MDM/Network/Server Support Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee and manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all mobile devices used within the organization.Develop and implement policies and procedures related to mobile device management, including device enrollment, application deployment, and device security measures.Support and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki and Unifi network appliancesSupport Lan-based applications switches, routers, firewallsAdministration of Microsoft Exchange 365 and Active DirectoryIntune and Autopilot configurationAssist with IT projects including new IT system implementations and upgradesProvide support for hardware and software issuesSharePoint Support AdministrationMonitor mobile device usage to ensure compliance with company policies and identify potential security risks.Continuously document operations process to assist with maintaining knowledge baseCOMPETENCIESExcellent computer skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft O365, Active Directory, Azure AD and Group PolicyModerate network configuration knowledge (LAN/WAN/Wireless)Cisco Meraki and Unifi experienceMobile Device Management supportIntune configuration and implementation.P2P Azure VPN topology knowledge.Ability to juggle multiple priorities, change & adapt to organizational needs as they developEffectively communicate complex technical issues both orally and in writingMonitoring server usage.Internet service outage troubleshootingSolid technical & troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as a member of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quicklyMust thrive in a complex, multi-stakeholder environmentAbility to lift and carry computer components up to 25 lbs. per itemDemonstrated proficiency with rollouts, migrations and upgrades are requiredEDUCATION and EXPERIENCEBachelors degree required.MDM, Network/Server support experience in a professional services environmentEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO)/Affirmative Action Policy StatementIt is the policy of RiseBoro to provide equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment.
