Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Responsible for the oversight of operating, maintaining, monitoring, troubleshooting, and repair of Satellite Terminal systems, including connectivity to local and wide area networks, end-to end telecommunications, circuit switching systems, and Long-Haul communications/Transmissions systems.This lead will be responsible for generation and staffing of the site shift schedules, will have oversight to ensure all operational requirements are met and logistics/maintenance is performed as required.The lead will coordinate all site activities and issues with O&M and Program leadership teams. Will generate metrics in support of reporting requirements and coordinate all site activities with the Site Commanders and military components.
