We design, install, and support any pier and boat lift system. About the role We are seeking a full‑time Field Laborer to join our team across multiple locations including Whitewater, Madison, Green Lake, and Door County. The role focuses on supporting pier and lift installations and removals while maintaining safety and quality standards. What you’ll do Perform general construction labor tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup. Assist with the installation and removal of piers, boat lifts, and related waterfront structures. Load, unload, and distribute construction materials using heavy machinery and manual labor. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on tools and equipment. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Set up and break down job sites. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous labor experience preferred. Power‑tool experience. Willingness to learn heavy machinery (excavators, loaders, etc.) is a plus. Physically demanding role – must lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic. Must be able to swim. Captain’s license preferred. Driver’s license required and reliable transportation. May be required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Vision requires close vision assessment. Moderately loud noise levels. Perform labor‑intensive tasks repeatedly and stand for long periods.
